I saw a lot of these spread out on the internet but none were bone crushing enough for me. I really wanted to push myself to the brink. This is a modified sevens work out with increased reps and 2 additional excercises. 9 excersises, 11 reps each, 10 rounds. Yes it hurt alot :biggrin:
