My Buffy Case Mod...REDUX!!!

Well, I had five days off from work a few weeks back, and I got to thinking about my case mod. My first attempt was fairly successful, but since then I've learned a lot, done some other mods for myself and my friends, and decided to revisit and update my Buffy computer case mod. I stripped it down, repainted both the exterior and the interior, along with the motherboard tray. I also added an ignition switch to power it on, which is something I've always wanted. I took my time and did it right.

I've finally got everything back in and I thought I would share the pics. My last thing is to clean and loom up the cords. I'll get to that eventually. Questions and comments are always appreciated.

Draven, great job, how were you able to cut out the word "Buffy," so cleanly? It looks just plain incrediable

It's an InWin Q500, a great case I picked up about two years ago.

As far as cutting out the text, I used a jigsaw to do most of the work, then went back and cleaned up my rough edges with a Dremel. Took a lot of time, a lot of patience and a lot of swearing but I was happy with the result. I am going to add the "floating" pieces of the B that were on the original case, because I think it makes it look better.
