As several members here at AT already know the spread of funboy's "help/charity" thread on to several other sites raised my level of concern as to its validity. I've posted several reason for my concerns including several things that I had found in his previous posts that were inconsistant with things he was now saying. I found several irregularities with his spending habits and upon questiong these habits I was given nothing but false information. Now I know several well known well liked members of AT have vouched for him and several people will undoubtedly come to his deffence in this thread. As the original thread in wich I posted most the info I had found was deleted it will be hard for anyone not already up to speed on the situation to look up the info themselves.
So my challenge. If you are truley not in this just for the money or just for the freebies then there should be no excuses. If you really aren't here just for a quick buck and really are sincere about your need for help then this shouldn't be an issue
so here goes you've already recieved several thousands of dollars and an unknown amount of freebies as well as recently selling a motorcycle{$300} therefore you should be pretty close to back on your feet for the rest of the year. If there are any items ie clothes toys ect needed for x-mas why not contact your local charites/churches that would be more than willing to give to anyone in your supposed situation. As for food there are hundreds of food closets and other organizations that give out food daily to low income or needy families and will provide and outstanding family dinner for x-mas. Take the money you've already made and go get your van fixed. I don't know about IN. but here in cali low income families can go to state sponsored garages and get repairs at a discount. Pay off any more bills you may have and finally go find some work or find a way to help yourself. Make an effort call all those places that I gave you to contact, don't call just once but call daily.
Last but not least thank everyone for their support and let them know that your family is back on their feet for the time being and there is no need to donate any more moeny. Let that money go to people with an actual need. Not ones with a home and a computer with internet servie and cable TV. But people that are truely in need of help. then go to a soup kitchen and help serve homeless people for a day and see just how fortunate you are to ahve what you have. Wich by their standards is alot. Lastly don't breathe a sigh of relief and say we can relax for a month because we are back on our feet becasue next month you'll be right back where you are now. Get out there and make an effort don't kick back with your donations and relax for a month or two then come back and say we need help again. Try to remedy the situation.
for anyone that wishes to contact me for info reguarding the inconsistancis or flat out lies I've found reguarding this situation please feel free and I'll make my best attempt at getting you all the posts and info needed.
Happy Holidays everyone
