My computer is possessed!

Ok, guys, I need to ask for some help:

We've been having some miscellaneous problems on a particular computer recently. Here are the stats:

Iwill KK266-R rev 1.1
Enlight 7237 w/250w case
Tbird 1.3ghz @ 1.3ghz
20gb Maxtor 7200RPM HD
256mb PC133 Kingston ValueRAM

The computer has been having odd problems ever since we built it. Just FYI, we have assembled seven other computers with the exact same components, and none of them have had any issues. The computer will stall occasionally for no discernable reason; when looking into why it was stalling, I noticed some odd things:

When I go into the BIOS screen and check my PC Health Status, here are the numbers I get for voltages:

Vcore: 1.59 (normal)
2.5V: .90v (???)
3.3V: 3.96v
5v: 4.85v
12v: 11.7v

Compared to our other machines, these numbers are completely out of whack. Seeing that, I thought maybe I was lucky and it was just a bad PS. So I replaced it with another known working PS, and unfortunately, the same errors remain.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you should try swapping MBs with one of the other PCs you've assembled.

Was it another 250 PS??? I know that you have a number of other machines working off of the enlights 250 watter, so I guess it wouldn't make any sense that it is the PSU ... but yeah, try the motherboard.
