My computer keeps rebooting

I have no clue whats causing it to happen its only happens when i play games.

My system is

MSI k7t turbo
1 x 256 meg of pc 133 ram
1 x 256 meg of pc 150 ram
athlon 900 100fsb ver.
leadtek GF SDR
SB live 5.1 de
Dlink 538 tx 10/100 network card
omega pci2-usb pci card with 2 additonal usb slots
40 gig 7200 rpm ata 100 master
15 gig 7200 rpm ata 66 slave
Sony 12 x dvd master
hp 10x32x4 burner slave

OS and drivers
currentlyRunning XP professional.
Nvidia Detonators i have tried include all of the latest releases and going as far back as 14.10's
I have tried the latest SB live drivers 7/17/02 from sb and the default xp ones
i have installed 98/2000 pro and xp pro

I have swapped
the ram for other good ram and nothing changed
motherboard for my gigabyte 7ZX v 1
Video card with Abit gf2 mx
and the soundcard has been taken out for onboard sound on both boards

none of these things has corrected the problem and im ready to destroy my freaking computer in frustration.
If anyone has any ideas that i can try that would be great.
I do have one thing that hasnt helped me so far but may mean something to someone else it says when i do the error reporting that it is a problem with my video driver
But nothing i have done has fixed this with regards to changing my drivers. and also i have tried 2 video cards now and neither of them has worked.

What power supply are you using?
That alot of shtuff to run off of a low-end PSU.

Have you disabled the setting in xp to reboot instead of showing the blue screen? If not, you may be getting blue screen errors, not power problems, but random rebooting usually denotes a weak or failing PSU. Something else to try: Upgrade to the latest version of direct x, if that doesn't solve the problem run dxdiag, and run through the tests. Another thing, make sure you have the latest version of your chipset drivers.
