I just got finished building my new computer which isn't quite an SFF but it's close: it uses the Chenming 118 mATX case without windows.

Components:

(New)
AMD Sempron 3300+ 2GHz 64-bit w/Zalman 7000 AlCu HSF
Jetway A200GDMS mATX s754 motherboard
Corsair 1GB Value RAM (2x512MB) DDR400
Gigabyte 6600GT PCI-E w/ Zalman VF700 AlCu HSF
Samsung 80GB SATA drive
Antec 120mm "Pro" series to replace stock Chenming
(Pulled from previous)
Antec Truepower 430W modded with Cooler Master LED fan
Lite-On 16x DVD+-RW
Philips PSC705 sound card w/Zalman RAMsink for kicks
Leadtek TV tuner card
Zalman MFC-1 fan controller to control fans
TEAC floppy

Lots of cable management
Warranties voided: 4

[B

I can overclock only to 2.2GHz because my value RAM won't run above DDR 440+ and the RAM dividers aren't working yet (fix them please Jetway!). I'm sure the processor can go much further because the 2.2GHz was on 1.35V, which is an undervolt from stock 1.4V.

I thought about that, but I don't have that kind of money... LOL! With college expenses it'll be tight, so I'm glad that it wasn't my money I spent for this (kinda a graduation present thing, to be able to build a compy).

hehe I can sympathize with that as I am going back to college this fall and have ben slowly selling all the computer crap I've accumulated over the past couple years I haven't been in school and actually had money to spend.

Jetway has a beta bios that fixes the ram dividers on the 939 version of that board. Might try emailing them to see if they have one for the 754.

I got the latest BIOS revision A02 for the A200 GDMS standard today. The RAM dividers are WORKING, and a few other nice features too. I can get 2.5GHz on 1.45V, but going higher than 2.55GHz requires 1.55V and isn't 100% stable (runs hot too). Combined with a 585/1170 overclock on my 6600GT and the 2.5GHz CPU OC, I was able to get 9390 3D Mark 03 marks. Not too shabby... note that 2.5GHz and 585/1170 are pretty much the max I can do at stock or near stock voltages with perfect stability. Still a pretty decent motherboard.

just pop of the faceplates and spray them black. make sure to lightly sand it so the paint will stick. i've done it lots of times. Usually all you have to do is poke in two tabs on the side of the drive to get the faceplate off. If you can't get the part off the tray just spray some pain into a cup and brush it on with a fine bristle brush so you don't ahve brush stroke marks.

Well then, you should see my thread in procs/overclocking about how far this baby will go

This thing is rock solid stable and performs on par with solid desktops. It shouldn't be surprising that my computer's name includes the word "Spartan" in it
