Please see my web site for a reference. If you want a website -do it right my friend. Please learn about: Web 2.0 styling, CSS, and maybe CMS. In regards to the CMS I suggest a Joomla.
And your web site stinks. I would suggest taking it off the air and start again.
Just my 2 c
Good luck...

Maybe you should try going to the park and creating it there. It might turn out better than the way it did when you created it in your bedroom.

Please keep us updated.

50megs is a huge ripoff if you pay them. If you want free hosting, I think someone on AT (dartworth?) offers some that doesn't involve ads.

Also, your page doesn't display right in Opera -- here's a screen capture.

You're in the computer business????

I feel sorry for any of the people in your town wanting your help building a website or buying parts from you. But honestly, I would never buy anything significant from a 14-year-old. Especially one with spelling as bad as yours.

You'll learn. And just for your information, helping friends and family is nothing like opening a business and building a website.

But none of us here know as much as you have learned in your vast 14 years on this planet. So yeah, you know more than we do and you're better than us.

Keep us updated.

i have to agree. though not because his spelling is bad (like i am one to talk!) but at 14 many do not have the maturity to do what is right when they screw up.

but perhaps on smaller things it might be worth the risk/

I see you have taken the critiques to heart, and have taken down the original link. First things first, if you want to be a serious business and offer your services, you can not be on free web hosting. Adds posted all over the site with blinking banners asking me if I know which celebrity this is does not scream professional. Get a dedicated web hosting server who can support your needs, and you don't even need to spend any money, as there are a couple of people here on ATOT who offer free web hosting services.

Second, learn how to code in HTML/CSS, and adhere to standards. The more professional your page looks, the more seriously people will take you. You don't even have to buy a book, there are plenty of links on the net that walk you through creating a standards compliant website.

Most of all, you just need to research what you are getting in to. If you want to appear professional to the people that visit your site, you have to be not only aesthetically pleasing, but offer them what they want in an easily accessible way. Look at other sites of people trying to do the same thing you are, offer computer consulting services. This should be a template for what you want to achieve. Don't copy them, but look at their example and try to emulate it.

This is all the advice I can offer for now, good luck.
