Of course there's an other side of story. After his urging, I agreed to post here.
First, thanks for reading here and all your wise advise/ suggestions.
And then, there's macho corny jokes.... Spook's laughing his balls off while I rolled eyes, uh huh. Although that tank comment.... hmmm.... (need war paint to go with that) and I have used the cammi paint before.
I may be a novice driver but that doesn't mean I lack common sense. I may have a "lead foot" but not an overly aggressive maniac on wheels. And no, I don't drink and drive. Period.
Actually I am a calm person- in and out of car. When I was in a car (upside down) I was in shock but as soon I smell some kind of fume and see smokes billowing inside, I knew I have to get out of the car ASAP. So I unbuckled the belt, opened the door and crawled out. Then I checked myself--- nope, no squirting blood, no broken bones, and my spine intact. Yep (looking up) someone is watching over me. Yes, I am calm even days after that but my hubby... not so much.
Achy and sore, I went to see the totaled car (wow) and couple car dealership. In the beginning I just want a car-nothing in mind. First car I tested out, eh. Then my loving hubby took me to Honda dealership. At there I saw a used car. Silver Civic. '06 Eh. Another car to test drive, I thought. When I got in and my hands on a steering wheel. Not bad. I liked a digital speedometer and started to drive around. Fits me just like a winter glove, perrrfect.
Spook was considering this then after a few more researching via internet, he wants to reconsider the Civic and get a cheaper car. Man, it's like showing you a Kobe Rib eye steak and bring out a Big Mac.
Have anyone ever found something you never thought of wanting, then *bam* you saw it and in your deepest gut, you have to have it. Instinct or Impulse....
