My computer shuts down when the CPU temp goes to 60c for no reason when I have my bios settings turned off. I dont have a motherboard monitor with settings to turn it off also. It happens when i play graphic intense games when it loads a map and sometimes on hot days while im watching a movie on my computer. I've had this problem for over a month now and i cant figure out whats causing my computer to shut down. I dont think its my Power supply since it only shuts off when it gets to 60c but can it be a possibility? If you guys could help me solve this problem you gusy are great. thanks

Powmax power supplies are great for embedding in a lump of concrete and using as a boat anchor If you want to get a reliable good-quality replacement for it (to power a computer with) then pick up a nice 350W-450W Antec, Enermax, Fortron or PC Power & Cooling (to name my usual four nominees).

That might not be the actual issue, but I still recommend it. Consult my photos here and see if you got the heatsink oriented the correct direction, versus 180 degrees backwards (third and fourth photos). If it's backwards, or if there's any other reason that the heat isn't making it from the core to the heatsink well (such as a shim), then that would probably be your culprit right there.

Like mechBgon says, Powmax is a notoriously lame brand of psu.

The NF7-S has cpu temp shutdown in two places: Soft Menu III and PC Health (just in case you don't have both turned off).

60c is low for a shutdown temp. You can run Motherboard Monitor 5, and set it up via sys log to record temps every few seconds. Then when it shuts down, you can go back and check the log to see if it is indeed 60c

Even better perhaps, the sys log feature will record the voltage rails on your psu too. You may be able to determine that the shutdown are triggered by the psu this way.
