HALSEL, Santiago M., 32, Staff Sgt., Army; Bowling Green, Ky.; 101st Airborne Division.
WEST, Robert H., 37, Master Sgt., Army; Elyria, Ohio; First Battalion, 30th Enhanced Separate Brigade.
