NAND pricing falling

Apple Insider reported today on a digitimes article claiming that NAND prices were dropping substantially... Any idea if and when this might trickle into retail SSD pricing?

What's not true? That NAND prices didn't actually fall 20% or that it won't trickle into SSD prices? (the later was a question on my part not a statement)

I would also like to hear additional confirmation as to whether this is true or not, as I may be in the market in the next few months for a new SSD.

Prices have dropped and may drop some more, but it appears to because of a temporary drop in demand. If it's long enough, it might show up in SSD prices, but I doubt this is a long term trend, and prices will go back up once demand picks up again.

Well my window for considering a new build (including a new SSD) starts when bulldozer and HD7970 reviews are out. If I am not impressed then I may wait until Windows 8 to look at the playing field again.

Either way, with the little time I spend gaming now-a-days and the fact that I have a hard time stressing my current 3 y/o rig with even most new games, I'm going to have a hard time justifying it anyways.
