NCAA 11 online dynasty interest?

Nope that definitely does not happen in the game. You could've just been blown out at home by william and mary and you're crowd still goes ape shit at the end of the game, as if you just knocked off the #1 team in the country. I wish I could be a developer or tester for EA for this game. These have to be issues that have been brought up before and for some reason are never implemented into the game. We can always dream!

It would be awesome if the crowd reacted like they do in real life. I'd also love to see the fans storm the field on a big upset win and try to take down the goal posts and such. The end-of-game presentation is so blah. Do the developers even watch NCAA football?

Unfortunately, I don't think any sports game has ever gotten it right. MLB The Show has come the closest with the celebration of winning the World Series, but it's not great.

I don't like that some presentation elements can't be skipped quickly, like the pre-game marching band, the top play highlight (likely because EA needs to get the complete commercial for Reeses in), and especially the image slideshow at the end. No reason that can't be skipped.
