Need a project...

Ok, Im kinda bored. Well not really, but I need some sort of a project to work on to keep me busy doing something. I like to just sit in my room and start working on something, but I dont really know what.


Right now Im going to put together one of my old computers and install Linux on it, then get it working off my router. That should take awhile since I know jack about Linux.


In the meantime does anyone have any fun suggestions on some sort of a project to do? No parameters, just anything at all.

You should do something that is hard to finish so you can keep doing it on those bored days down the road.

What I'd do if I had time:

Get online and download Friends episodes. There are a lot of them out there but it's definitely hard to get them all. It should not be hard to get about 30% of all the episodes. Get a list of all the episodes and see how well you can do.

I was thinking more along the lines of something that is productive/useful. Or something I can learn something from. Gaming is getting to be to much of a waste. Im already good at to many games

You could design and build a bodyboard/surfboard. It has to be quick enough to be a bodyboard, yet stable like a surfboard.

Yah that's pretty fun, I was into R/C planes for a while. Sucks when you crash but it's rewarding to build something and then fly it.
