Hi
And thanks, it's up and running and the setup went very smooth and fast. I have two laptops that me and my family use here at home and the signal strength is excellent. Although I do need some help.

After just doing the basic setup and install thing I went and enabled my WIFI security settings and now I have only one of my laptops connecting to the web so I have tried everything to get the number two laptop
going but as of now it appears that I am losing and the WIFI spirits are winning

The one that can connect is the one that I am typing this on and everything is A-OK, also, this one is my new laptop (3 weeks old) and the one that I cannot connect with is about almost two years old. Its a HP 15.4" wide screen so its not to old either at least I don't think it is.

With my new WIFI router came a neat little piece of software called "Network Magic" well, its new to me anyway, I just sent a test paper from this laptop to my printer via desktop and printed it out...man-oh-man
that was freaking awesome. That made my day now if I can only get my daughters laptop connected it will really be a sweet Sunday. All and all though it really was a easy setup I had everything going in basic mode in just 10 minutes as I had to turn on the laptops and again I would be finished if I knew what I was doing with networking and WIFI stuff.

Ok, I got the HP 15.4" connected now so all is good I just had to step down my security setting one notch as the HP 15.4" couldn't handle it

I had it set to WPA-PSK and now its set at WPA-EAP...go figure! and everything is now groovy

I am glad it is working well for you! Maybe Dlink's latest routers are working better than some of their previous models. Keep us posted as to stability (if it needs reboots often or if other oddness occurs on a regular basis).
