My own DVD drive and i have a few 120mm fans, speakers, keyboard and mouse

Q9550
P5Q Pro
2x2gb dual channel ddr2-1066 ram
CM 690 case
WD 640GB Caviar black HDD
Not sure which PSU (Not planning to use 2x GPU at all)
Not sure which GPU (Might look for a used 8800GT for cheap for now or maybe a 4890 or GTX275 if i can find one for the right price.)
And which O/S should i use (dont count this in the budget) to game?
