Hello,
I'm buying the following for my new build :
DFI Lanparty nforce4 Ultra-D Mobo
Amd a64 3200+ winchester
OCZ 3200 Platinum rev2.
BFG 6800GT OC
Sound Blaster Audigy2
+ drives, fans, etc.
I can't decide what PSU to get...
I was gonna buy ENERMAX 485W EG495 AX-VE Noisetaker 485W w/ active PFC, but i'm not so sure now because I think a single 12V rail is probably better.. This one had all the features I wanted, pff only if it a had single 12V rail. I need suggestions and preferably ones w/ active PFC...
I have a Tagan 480W in mind actually, but the only reviews i could find about it were out-dated(pci-e was not a subjet then), so I don't know if the unit is revised has a 6 pin PCI-E connector now, plus I'm not sure about its stability in a rather heavily o/ced system (3200+@2.7 ghz, 6800GT@ultra,etc..). Can anyone who uses this give me some info?
Other than that, I would be really happy to read your suggestions. (I can presume many will suggest OCZ Powerstream but I think $140 is a bit steep, the Enermax mentioned above is priced ~$100 and Tagan is ~$80. I would buy it though if I was really convinced that it worth it)
