Need advise

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right forum, but here it goes. I've ordered some computer accesories from a company in the internet, never had any problems with them before. The order was shipped 22 days ago via UPS priority and has not arrived to me yet. I've e-mailed them, but they say that sometimes delays can happen, but I am inclined to return the order because this kind of delay is unaceptable to me. I want to know what do you think.

No offense but shiit happens. I have limiteless experience in being pissed about late orders and it gets you NO-WHERE. You'll end up delaying it further. My advice is to sit on it for another week and track it.

Next time you call, ask for a tracking number so you can track it. Without a tracking number, you're stuck guessing as to it's status. Once you get the number, go to the UPS website and click on tracking, then follow the prompts to enter the tracking number. Once it goes in, it will tell you the day it was picked up, where it was last scanned, and stuff like that. It's possible that you weren't home, so the UPS driver left it w/o a signature. Before you got home to get it, it may have grown legs and walked. You definitely need that tracking number to be able to tell anything.

Hello,

After all this time, this order still has not arrived. I contacted UPS and they told me that there was never a package sent to me and if the package was sent on February, they would have delivered it a long time ago and if I was not at home or it was delivered to a wrong address, I woud have received a notification and that they don't keep packages for more than seven days.

I contacted the company I ordered from and they always tell me that the order was shipped on february 5 and they also told me that they don't support the tracking number service for my country (I am from Puerto Rico)

If you have any more advice, please let me know.

did you pay w/credit card? Can you use that as leverage, or get your money back thru the card?

Hello,

Yes, I paid by credit card and told them to refund the money to the credit card, but sometimes they say this delay happens or that they sent it on Feb. 5, I don't know what more to do.
