Need CPU Cooling Help

Hi,
I have a AMD Thunderbird 1.33GHz, and I am not overclocking. Recently my OEM HSF has started making funny noises,so I am looking to replace it. I havent had the time to keep current on the most recent HSF, but here is what I am looking for:

- quiet (
- easy to install (visions of screwdrivers and motherboards come to mind )
- good cooling (but I wont be overclocking so nothing high-end)

Im looking at the Vantec CCK-6027D, because the reviews I have seen say its relatively easy to install, and quiet. Any comments, or is there somethign better out there that I dont know about?

ALso, my motherboard is a FIC AD-11 so it is a little tight around the socket, so no monsters.

coolermaster hc-001 has easy easy clip install too (i heard)

CaseMod also has the GC-68 which is a fine HSF combo at a bargin price. The stock fan would do just fine and has a very low noise factor. However, it does use the "screwdriver" install method. Just cut a strip of thin cardboard to place on the MB where the screwdriver would "strike" if it slipped. No problem. It's an excellent HSF for the price. I just installed two of them.
