Need help choosing a mobo

Qx6700
8800 GTX
2x1gb corsair 1066mhz
500gb hd 7200 rpm

Im going to OC the CPU and maybe the GPU, they both will be water cooled

How much do you want to spend? ASUS P5N-E SLI $130 on newegg, good over clocked, has two PCIEx8 for running SLI (1x PCIEx16 non-sli). Its what I'm getting. If you have cash EVGA NVidia 680i SLI for $240 on newegg. It has 2x PCIEx16 in SLI and a third PCIx8 for physics, awsome board, its what I want, but don't have the cash.

Note on those two boards, they are both great overclockers. They are also both running NVidia chipsets, so no Crossfire for ATI cards, shouldn't be a problem since you listed an NVidia card. Also, the EVGA will give you a speed boost when running NVidia cards in SLI (don't have link for this data, sorry).

Yea im looking to spend about 200-250$ on a new mobo, i just dont know which to pick, i was thinking of EVGA 680i too but there is the LT one and i dont know which to pick

Is EVGA 680i LT better than the normal EVGA 680i?

If you are looking to spend that much on a mother board I would definitely recommend the EVGA NVidia 680i. The 680i LT SLI is a slightly lower end board than the 680i SLI, so if you have the cash to spend, go for the best. I don't have any stats on the differences between the LT and normal at the tips of fingers, but it shouldn't be to hard to track them down. If you need help finding them let me know.
