Need help with LAN gaming

I helped my friend built up a small lan which consists of 20pc for his cafe. There's no problem with the connection. Am sure of it as all pc is able to link & play games together but the question is

1) Warcraft 3 sometimes having problem connecting to Battlenet. Would wan to try port forwarding but how to port forward just 1 port(warcraft 3) onto so many pc? I set IP from 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.20 for the pc. My router IP is 192.168.0.50.

2) Even though Lan games played fine but sometimes it becomes lag. Any idea why it could lag & how I can rectify the problem? Am using P4 2.6Ghz HT, 512MB PC3200 DDR, GeForce FX5200. I dont think the system specification is the cause. Any idea?

Are you running a local game server, or all your machines are just clients connecting to an outside (public) server ?
Client machines don't need any port forwarding. If you are running a game server on one of your machines, you can port forward to it so that it gets published on the master list server, and people on the net can see it and possibly play on your server (if that is what you want). If you only want to have your lan machines use the local server you don't have to port forward to your server. just have your lan machines directly connect to your local lan server (that is usually referref to as lan mode gaming). One advantage to publishing your server on the master list server is that it will show up on the same server browser page with all the public servers, instead of only being accessible from the lan page.

P.S. you might want to upgrade you graphics cards.

Thanks Didly. So what about cooling? Currently the pc doesnt have any fan in it except for the psu fan. Would u recommend me fixing some casing fan into the pc so it wont get too hot?
