Hello all,
I have a server running Exchange Server and Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 for small business. My problem: Some emails received by one of the user's contained viruses, which were caught by the anti-virus program. The user's computer is fine. But when Vertias tries to backup (nightly) the Exchange Server mailboxes it fails the job when it reaches those particular files. The rest of the files backup fine and they are good to go, but the message will repeat until those entries are deleted. I can get into the mailboxes of the user's through the Microsoft Exchange System Manager, but not the individual entries to purge them. Any ideas?
Jake
