need help with my cooler

hi,
i bought 5 month ago gigabyte 3d rocket -pro PCU22-VG and never used it..
now i newly bought amd x2 4800 along with DFI lan party Ultra-D
can anyone help me installing the cooler, or just give me a manual or something please?

the manual is so short, and can't have any clue of what it is talking about!
