Need help with raising ram performance

Hi There (first time OCer here),
I am OCing my E6400 (on Asus p5w, with OCZ RAM see below), and currently got to 390MHZ FSB or 3.12Ghz internal speed. Here's my settings Vcore 1.3125, ram V 2.15, V MCH 1.6 . By far it looks stable (no formal test performed, but ran some tough programs without problem).

Q1: I have left all the ram setting unchanged, to make it as stable as possible.
At this point , should I keep pushing the FSB to until get to the edge of my CPU, or
start to change the Ram setting , so that to OC CPU and RAM in an alternative
way ?
Q2: I tried to play with Ram setting a bit, but the computer wouldn't even boot after that,

Here is the ram readings before changing ram settings :
"FBSRAM 1:1 ; CAS# Latency 5.0 ; RAS# to CAS Delay 6; RAS# precharge 6;
Cycle Time(tras) 18; Bank Cycle Time(Trc) 24"

Following suggestions of some members here, I made the following change:
"CAS 4, RAS precharge 4, RAS to CAS delay 4, RAS activate to precharge 5, write
delay 4, Hyper path 3 Disabled, Dram Throttle Disabled"

Could someone help me out here ? would really appreciate it.

BTW: My Ram is: OCZ DDR2 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400 CL 5-5-5-12 Gold GX XTC Dual Channel

Running your RAM faster than your FSB doesn't help performance much at all, especially with the C2D's. If you're wanting to try a higher overclock, then raise your RAM timings back to their stock settings. That will allow a considerably higher overclock, if that's what you're looking for. Of course, I highly doubt you'll get any higher at the vcore you're running.
