After learning that WinFax 10.0 is incompatible with Office 2002, and that
Symantec is not offering a fix at this time (and recommends not using their
product with Office 2002), I decided to use the Win2K fax program.
This thing works fine, EXCEPT, whenever I receive or send a fax, it only
saves the first page. I have worked around this by having the fax print to
Adobe Acrobat Distiller. This allows me to see the whole fax, but I think
something is not right here.
Anybody have any ideas? In a nutshell, it receives or sends the whole fax,
since all pages received or sent are treated in the details window while the
receive or send is going on, but in the folder, there is only one file (the
first page) saved for any fax, received or sent.
