need memory help

that is what I want to set upin BIOS. its off of anandtech in the DFI article. The problem is I dont know what the terms in BIOs are. like Tras I know. actually the first two I know how to change the rest I dont cause theres so many options for RAM in there I dont know what to change if anyone has a hint of a idea of what im tlaking about help would be nice

yeah I post there now. my question mostly has to do with modern BIOS terms. oh well
