Need motherboard recommendation

Can someone recommend a good board for intel chips. I have a friend who wants me to build him something with a medium budget so I'm looking for good price/features ratio. The chip will probably be a p3 ppga, but I'm open for suggestions if someone thinks slot 1 is better (prob doesn't matter now that p4 will make both obsolete). I would like something that is good for overclocking so if anyone knows what speed proccesor is best for that I would appreciate the info. Sorry to ask so much, but I'm much more familiar with AMD boards/proccesors. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I do not want integrated video, sound is ok, but it needs to have an agp slot.

if your friend is going p3... and is not looking for something that will be very integratable into the new products market, then he may consider a strong BX board (Abit BE6-II, Abit BX-Raid...)which will be more of the medium price area... for full OCing options, you'll want an 815e (Abit SA6R, ASUS CusL2) chipset but these boards are fairly new and cost more ($140 ish)... as for the chips,... p!!! 550e and 700's are probably the most clockable with the highest percentage yields on speed... hope this narrows down the search a bit...
