pull out and skeet, FTW
Overall I would recommend that you try out different types of condoms, and do more research on the dangers of the listed methods. The actual dangers are often so remote as to be trivial.
Many people find that they do not lose sensitivity with non-lubricated condoms (like Gold Coins) and you could try Kimono Microthin condoms.
Also note that only a condom and continuous abstinence provide any protection from STDs.
As for the methods, this list is fairly comprehensive:
Rhythm method - has been proven to be worse then not doing anything. It can actually improve the odds of pregnancy, mainly because most people do not use it correctly.
Withdrawal Method (Pulling out) - under clinical trials has proved to be about 30-35% effective.
IUD - about 99% effective, but there is some claims of health risks.
Spermicide - about 74% effective when used alone.
Diaphragm - about 84% effective when used properly, but using it properly includes using spermicide.
Contraceptive Sponge - about 84% effective also uses spermicide.
Tubal Ligation or Vasectomy - both at 99.99% effective, this is a surgery and comes with all the dangers of any surgery, it also has a risk of permanent infertility.
Essure Permanent Birth Control System - about 99.8% effective, this is permanent sterilization.
Continuous Abstinence ? this is from 100 ? 99.999999999% effective. It is also rather boring.
