I am going to upgrade my system with:
Asus A7V266 motherboard
AMD 1700+ XP
256 Mb DDR

My questions is: What would be the best fan and heatsink (under $50) for this set up.
I am planning to overclock the 1700+ so I'll need some major air flow.
I am trying for the most airflow with the least amount of noise. I have spent countless hours scouring the net, and to be honest, there are just to many. So your personal experience would be of great help!

I know its hard but I didn't want my case to sound like a hovercraft either. lol
