Need techie in Philly area.....

Hi,
How would I find a tech person to put rogether a high-end desktop system in the Philadelphia area? I'd like to be able to buy the components online
and then have this person assemble them and get everything to work for me.

please guys use a contract of some sort.
I'd hate to see fellow Anandtech'ers on morning TV.

For example, that if the computer powers on and the OS installs ok, the deal is done and complete.

My Dad is a contactor so he has contracts at home that I can "modify" for a computer-based job if you require.
