Put bluntly, my wife and I are getting ready to divorce. Sucks, yeah, I know. But I strongly suspect she's cheating on me and want to get some evidence on her. I know she's been sending emails back and forth to him, but I can never get them as she deletes them, from her and to him.

Question is this: Where can I get a Spyware program that'll send to me (without her knowledge of course) her emails that she receives and sends?

actually, thinking about this, this doesnt make much sense, how do you know she deletes them? do you have access to her account? if you do, then how are you missing his emails to her? or do they have a set time when they email each other?



well, if you are using outlook any version, you can set up rules for any incoming or outgoing email. what type of rules you set is up to you, but honestly it sounds like this is a bunch of bs.

No, this isn't any BS at all. See, we have 2 computers in the house and 2 ISP accounts. She always reads her emails in the morning before going to work.

What tipped me off that something was going on, was that my ISP's email server got screwed up a couple weeks ago and sent TONS of wrong email to everyone, including the people that it was supposed to go to. So as a result, I got the info on what was going on.

Since then, I checked her email (She uses Netscape and I use IE). But lately, she's been going out of her way to "hide" everything.

I just want to be able to take some extra evidence to the Judge and say "Hey, I did EVERYTHING that a good husband should do. SHE was the one that made the marriage fail..."

do you know her pw to her account? what you can do is to set a hotmail or another type of account and copy all the emails that she gets, that way she will not know that someone else is getting a copy of the emails she receives, as for the emails that she sends, if she is deleting the emails from the sent folder i dont know how to recover them. you know, something you can do, is to use vnc on her computer, that way you can see everything she does. i hear pcanywhere does the same thing.
