Is there a way to refresh your NetBIOS name info with a WINS server without rebooting ??

What OS? I assume that if you disable and re-enable the network card (in XP/2k) then it would do this. Or just a renewal of the DHCP info in 9x or XP/2k. Don't know a whole lot about WINS.
