Over the last couple of months, it seems I am getting more and more unplayable DVDs. I do what they ask of me, and mark on the sleeve that the DVD is unplayable, and I would like a replacement sent. Do they ever send a replacement? Well, they did once. Other than that, they just send whatever is next in the queue.
