It is Microsoft's fault for supplying them with those tools yes. And that is why it's important to make the web site developer realize this. Some don't know. And unfortunately,
some don't care. The ones who don't care are probably the ones which have something they find really cool which can be only viewed with IE and they don't want to get
rid of it or something like that. if it's easier to build a web site with W3C standards? Well, unfortunately, probably not. A half broken web site would probably still be able to get viewed
correctly under IE while it would show bugs in netscape, and other browsers. You see...IE has been noobified. It used to be that it actually took some knowledge of HTML code to build
a web page correctly. Now, just about any moron can do it, but probably only those with IE will be able to view it. Okay, that's going a little extreme, but hopefully you see
my point.
I don't know why you say that Netscape sucks so hard. I've always enjoyed it. But I must admit that when Netscape 6.0 to 6.1 was out, I was sticking with Netscape 4.7x,
but Netscape 6.2 is actually very nice, that's what I'm using right now. As for why they decide to skip the version 5 series, that's beyond my understanding.
