Network webslinging question

First off I would like to thank you guys for helping me get as far as I have gotten. Okay I have roadrunner through a cable modem(with a 2 ip address account). I have a 10/100 router connected to the cable modem. I have 2 computers connected to the router and, in one of those computers I have two network cards, (the first going to the router and the second going to a 4 port hub and then on to a third computer(using Internet connection sharing). Everything is working great, but the third computer which is connected to the second via ics can't see the first computer (probably because it is kinda sorta on a different network...) I can ftp stuff back and forth, but I would like to access the third computer as network drives... Unfortunately the third computer can only see the the one it is connected to... Anyone know of a protocol or program that will let them communicate with each other? One thing I was thinking of trying is adding another network card to the computer that isn't using ICS and connecting it to the hub that the Third computer (that it can't see) is on. If i tried to connect them this way would I need to give the new card an static ip address in the same range as the first two using ics? ie 192.168.0.3 or would this mess up my internet connection?

Have you tried using the "Net use" command?
The syntax is "net use <Drive Letter>: \\<IP ADDRESS>\<FOLDER NAME>"

For the Drive Letter that is what letter you are mapping the hard disk on the remote computer to your local PC

Like "net use f: \\192.168.1.3\\c" Would map drive C on 192.168.1.3 to f: on your computer.

Now my question for you.... That 10/100 Cable Router... Is this a switch/hub or is this a Cable/DSL router? Because if it is a Cable\DSL router there is NO need to have the other computer behind the one with 2 Network cards.... I'm thinking that you may not be able to get this to work completely correctly, most because of your Routing tables..... You'd have to point anything headed to that private subnet to the computer doing ICS. The problem is that it probably isn't smart enough to route the packet to the machine, so it probably will not work.

Is there any reason why you can't put that third computer on the hub and use the internet and the network directly instead of using ICS? That would be the simplest solution, as far as I can see. Or if you'd like to use both IP addresses, hook the cable modem into the hub, hook one computer into the hub, put the router on there, too. Then hook the other two computers into the router.

That 10/100 router is a router not a cable/dsl router. The reason I am doing all this is because I can only have so many connections to specific servers I need access to on one ip address. The second computer is in another room, and used by another person. (Who doesn't need access to the servers I need access to.) I am in effect using their ip address to have twice as much connectivity. Running ICS from my computer would not accomplish the same goal. To give you an example I use the ICS client computer as a game server, ftp and to access Usenet (Roadrunner limits the number of connections you can have to usenet here). It may be ineffecient but it accomplishes my goals. All the computers are part of the same workgroup, and have different names, when I search for computers from either the ics client or my standalone I only see the ICS server computer (in the other room). I really don't want to pay for a third ip address to do all this so...
