So here I am at work this week, pretty calm except that every day it seems like we are having a printer issue. I am getting a popup box on the server which I screen capped and is below:

I fixed the issue with one of the printers (there are 3) by uninstalling it then reinstalling it using a different version of the driver. Right now I am having trouble with two HP LaserJet 4000's. Both have static, reserved IP addresses assigned and nothing more than the direction of the wind blowing can seem to explain their problem.
I do not have a VPN atleast not one that is connecting to these printers. This is an issue that is just now cropping up, we had no troubles printing in the past. To "fix" the issue I need to clear the print spooler but often times it will hang on the primary (job its trying to print) job. I find that if I stop the Print Spooler service on the server then restart it the problems go away for x amount of time.
Anyone see this issue before? Any fixes? I'm going to try to restart the server when available, that will be later today.
Thanks!
