Acer and Gateway make some nice intel SFFs, I have an Acer i3-2100 and my brother and I got my mom a similar Gateway i3-2100 for her birthday. Both are quiet and fast. HD2000 graphics are fine for Windows eye candy and even very light 3D gaming.
