Well, all of them are within my price range $1500ish NZD.
And parts in my country are very limited...(New Zealand)

And planning on OC CPU to 4.2-4.5 in the future after getting an after market cpu cooler.
Mainly for gaming with max setting on 1080p.

Website for parts

Case is an RaidMax ATLAS

Lite-on iHAS324 24x does it capable with Win7? it only show MS2000/xp/vista

I got some changes, will it be fine?

Ram - Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 $96

(Just for the look)

Why does RAM need to look good? It's inside your case, you're not going to look at it much. All those fins do is cost more and get in the way of CPU coolers.

PSU - Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2 600W ATX Power Supply,80 PLUS, 120mm fan $120
http://www.pcforce.co.nz/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=14_77&products_id=1948i is this a good psu? just want more watts for future changes.
First off, for this build, more wattage simply isn't needed. 7850 only needs one PCie connector and can run off of a 400W unit. So 500W already has some headroom for OC and upgrading.

However, the +12V rail of CX600 is rated for only 480W which isn't really much better than what the Antec PSU is capable of. They're about equally powerful. I'd say Earthwatts is also better quality than CX, but the difference isn't important, what matters is that both are reliable units but Antec costs less

Yeah that's the one.

Ok, i'll go with your build, how well do you think it will proform?
in the CoD series and some other MMOrpg games on max setting and will it give a reasonable fps? 50+ on 1080p?
I can't go for an SSD since i still ned to get a case($80) and an optical drive.
maybe later.

I don't know if the SSD for later thing is the best recommendation. The SSD should hold your OS, thus unless you are a fan of re-installing everything, I would seriously look at investing in it from the get-go.

Ram doesn't need to look pretty, you could save yourself a few bucks.

An i5 + 7850 will perform very well, you can get a good idea from 7850 reviews.

(Cpu = 3960X)

What particular MMORPG's are you planning to play? MMORPG's tend to be CPU intesive but the i5 completely nullifies any bottlenecking. On 1080p it will support a GPU 2-3 times more powerful than 7850, and the mobo has PCIe 3.0, so you're set for GPU upgrades down the road.

As long as you backup everything important on C: like savegames, application profiles and whatnot, and make a list of all the apps that you use, you can reinstall Windows and have it set up like it was in a few hours.

I know the 7850 is newer and can oc better but, is it worth almost double the price for a 6950? Most new 2 GB 6950's often go on sale for ~200

Maybe OP should look into grabbing one of those.

Would the CM Hyper212 Evo be good for the IB and OC?

Up to about 4.2-4.4 depending on chip and your tolerance for temps
