Yeah that looks "pretty decent." The power supply is probably overkill but you obviously have money to waste...

I would say to get an A64, but you already have the P4.

You might want to look into a different HSF though. I'd get a Thermalright XP-120 if you want the "best". Thermaltake is just average.

Any of you guys know a lot about overclocking? This processor is a engeneering sample from Intel, I was told I Can overclock it pretty good cuz there is no limit on the multiplier. Anyone know about this?

If supposedly there isn't a multiplier lock... Just raise the multiplier. Though I don't know how well an engineering sample will OC.

Anyway, If you are going to OC, I recommend the XP-120 that much more.
