I'd suggest moving this over to the General Hardware forum, you'll get a lot more replies and help there probably.

I haven't followed hardware to closely for a few years now (really only brush up on https://www.rx247.net/viagra.html it when I need to upgrade), but I'd suggest one thing, don't go wireless on the kb/m unless you really need too. Also get a gaming mouse over some generic one.
