1. What YOUR PC will be used for. Primarily Gaming, MMO's/Moba's some FPS, would like to be able to stream. Would like to use OBS
2. What YOUR budget is. $1000-$1200

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from. US

4. IF you're buying parts OUTSIDE the US, please post a link to the vendor you'll be buying from.
We can't be expected to scour the internet on your behalf, chasing down deals in your specific country... Again, help us, help YOU. N/A

5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc. No preference but have become an Intel/nVidia fan lately

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are. Will be carrying over Monitor, mouse, keyboard, the guts of the build are what I am needing suggestions on. Will need a new case.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds. Default for now, with option to OC

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using? mostly 1680x1050

9. WHEN do you plan to build it? In between now and next 3-6 months
Note that it is usually not cost or time effective to choose your build more than a month before you actually plan to be using it.

10. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software? Win 10 Home, 64 bit

Ken G6 has a $1000 mid-range in this thread:

There's too much new stuff coming out over the next 6 months to create another parts list (AMD Zen, Intel Kaby Lake, PCIe hard drives) for a build that far out. This sub-forum already has numerous threads on recommended builds in your price range. It would help you quite a bit to read through some of them to help narrow down some choices.

Since your budget is $200 more, you could buy a better SSD, case, and motherboard. You could also step up to the 6700k (especially if you catch it on sale under $300).

Thanks! I'll consider that. I know I'm hitting the time where old is moving out and new is coming in so best time for good deals. I'll look around

Honestly, I've never been one who says "wait for" because there is always something new in the future. However, there is just too much stuff right now just around the corner, so I think if you are willing to wait up to six months, it would be in your best interest to let the dust settle over the next few months.

If you said you needed a computer in a week, then I'd say go for it because it's what you need. However, since you can wait a little bit, that's what I would do if I was looking at building a computer I didn't need to right away. Even though preliminary articles suggest Kaby Lake will likely be 10%(ish) faster than Skylake, it should at least lower the prices a little bit on current z170 motherboards and CPUs.

That build is good, but the EVGA 1070, I would maybe replace for a MSI or Asus. Evga has been many issues with their 1070 and 1080 of late...
