I'm an Intel buyer\builder and I hate the new Logos. 4 complaints:
1. The Font for the letters in "Intel" look very generic and ugly (minor complaint)
2. What happened to the Dropped "E". This has been one of the key signatures of the company for decades. Intel's name means "Integrated Electronics" thus the reason for the dropped "E" INTegrated ELectronics.
3. Randomly placing ?Inside? at the bottom of each logo is stupid. "Intel Inside" is a marketing catch phrase, it deserves to be together. why would they undo something that's already established and known.
4. Lack of color all the way around. If your marketing your name & Poduct you want something that stands out. (personal opinion)

I agree with that, overall it just looks much worse. Although I'm sure it will sell more procs because Intel's marketing devision has probably spent years researching this change.

Also, not liking the solo and duo at the very bottom of the yonah's. Looks like it was an afterthought, "hmmm...Stan how are we going to differentiate the dual core verse the single core." "Well Bob, lets just add duo and solo at the bottom, and it'll show the world that us americans can't speak that there good english, Core Solo and Core Duo."
