I have an internal network setup with a SOHO2 firewall that goes into a router. We just had a new T1 installed, and when I switch from the old router to the new router, I cannot get any Internet access at all. Port 80 is open on the firewall, and I told our new ISP to configure the new router to use the same internal IP address as the old router. When the new router is plugged in, I cannot ping it either. However, I can ping the new router when the old router is in use, through the WAN IP. Any ideas here? This company is already proving to be confusing by providing me DNS server IP's, yet telling me to have my old ISP point their DNS servers somewhere else for us.
Good learning experience I guess. Thanks.
