New Mobo/ Win Re Install

I am getting a new Mobo, and want to re format my HD. Can I still use my same copy of Win XP that I activated on the same HD I'm going to Reformat/Install. Do I need to do anything special

You'll need to reactivate XP after you format & reinstall.

ok, so i call them and they give me a new key? Just trying to get everything in order before it gets here

I've reinstalled XP Pro twice. Used the original key each time with no problem.

windows will let you know if you have to re-activate or not. they dont give you a new key, your old one is still good. they just give you a string of numbers you type in. took me less than 5 mns. the one time i had to do it.
