did you provide all of your information to newegg when u contacted them? like your 'general info' 'described problem' 'invoice# customer#, and attach your rebate backup copys'?
i did that back in like jan, and received a response in about 2 days. thy have a list of all customers soyo has ripped off, and thy email every customer when there is new information about soyo, even if you already recieved your rebate due to there persistence(as i have)
i even received an automated email from newegg, though i recieved my soyo rebates weeks earlyer(due to there behalf)
it said thy even setup a specific email addy for soyo rebate problems/complainst at....

just email them at that addy, with all your info as stated above, specify the rebates overdue... you prolly dont even need to describe the problem anymore... and i bet you'l recieve your rebates within 1-1/2 week.
