Lol, I said that because normally...a socket-939 3000+ runs at 1.8 GHz stock. A socket-754 3000+ runs at 2.0 GHz stock. That's all. Lol...

Don't you have any friends who've built computers before? If so, get them to build it for you if you trust them enough. Failing that, ship the parts to your place and take them to a local computer store and ask them if they'll assemble it (hardware only) for $20 or whatever.
