That 30 million in VC is starting to look like a bad investment. Not smart to release a product in non-beta form and have it down half the day...
According to this article, the technology calls for far fewer servers needed to operate.. Guess they underestimated how many people would be using the technology

This thing received way too much hype yesterday. I tried a few searches, from my email address, to really benign stuff and the results were complete garbage (if any were returned). It is a thoroughly useless search engine, IMO. I won't bother returning to it.

Yep, by releasing a search engine with terrible search all they've done is sullied the name. People may start associating this with more vaporware. I know that i've done that in my head. I would expect a site that claims to be better than google to at least return, when I shove in something like rcgroups, one of the largest rc forums on the net, a link to that actual site, lol
