This model was very professional and serious about modeling. She even is working with a guide to improve her poses and had great enthusiasm throughout the shoot. She's also being featured in an upcoming show on MTV. Here is the sample:

Edit: After consideration, I decided to take the advice below and crop the photo so that the boats and buildings in the background are not showing. Take a look at the result here:

I like it, although the background stuff is distracting, and makes a substandard picture IMO. I like everything else about the picture, though. Absoultey beautiful model, I'd be interested in seeing more.

Big improvement from your other shoots. She looks more at ease and your lighting quality is up a couple notches. Some things to consider though . . .

Mind your background (or more broadly, compose with purpose). I don't really see a reason why the building or the boats should be in the shot. It'd be so much cleaner without all the clutter, and I think that for this shot clean would help.

Understand tone. Is there a particular reason you went with this effect? Is there a mood that you're trying to elicit? If so, does that mood match your subject matter?

Move beyond posing. Find meaning instead of just having people standing there looking good.

Keep it up

Thanks for the critique guys. This particular model actually 'touches up' her own photos, so for this shoot I am processing the images to use one way in my portfolio, and she may go an entirely different direction with the processing for her portfolio. I think I'm going to schedule another shoot with her in dressy attire but also with the aid of a make-up artist and a wardrobe stylist. Here are some more from yesterday's shoot:

Damn IeraseU, Sample 2 is the absolute best shot I've seen you post here, great work!! It's almost as if we've been able to see you "come along" in your model photography skills since you've been posting them here for the past 2 months.

I appreciate that, I've been trying to improve with every shoot I do. It's really fun out there and shooting and socializing with these girls really makes time fly. Also just in the pursuit of finding models I've met so many different people that I otherwise would have never had the chance to meet, that it's really made the entire journey very worthwhile for me.

I'd go as far as to clone out the rest of the stuff that you can still see.

I am going to take a stab here that may be unpopular.
Learn the basics of lighting, and how light can texture the subject. Learn how to balance the light of the subject and background. Sometimes you fighting the ambient light is a pain, or even using it to your advantage can be tricky.
Learn composition.
I am not saying I am better than you. I might know the basics better. But not quite there. However, shooting models is something better reserved once the basics are licked.
Dealing with models, good or bad ones is a tricky business. The difficult ones are a pain, because trying to get to pose and such is challenging. Getting a good one is almost a curse on it's own. Sure they can give everything how you pictured it. But to give that opportunity justice is challenging as well.

Hiring a model and overlooking the background is a bit of an oversight. Not an insult, it's something I am dealing with too.
Cropping and cloning out isn't always an option.

Sample 4 is pretty good. A bit of a shadow, but no biggie, the skin tones are the first I liked out of your pictures.
