New System Fan Placement

I am planning on upgrading my computer soon and I think I will use panaflo fans. The question is....what is the best configuration for quietness and coolness. I do not plan on overclocking much, but I always appreciate decent-good temps.

Case: Antec SX830...fan placement is the same as in the SX835II
CPU: Athlon XP 2600 (Vantec Aeroflow)
HD: 2 7200 rpm 40 gig
Video Card: Radeon 9700

There's really only 1 accepted method for fan placement in computer cases. 1 or more fans sucking in cool air from the bottom at the front of the case and 1 or more fans exhausting hot air from the case at the top/back of the case. Optional fans include side INTAKE fans that blow cool air over PCI/AGP cards from the side of the case. Also exhaust fans at the very top of the fans are optional. Occasionally people also put intake fans in front of their hard drives.
