New System

I am going to be buying a new system soon and looking to spend around $2000. I am trying to get the most for my money and was looking for some good reviews. The two I find most are CNet and ZDNet. Both of their sites seem to be an ad for Dell as they don't rate many others. I have been looking at Cyberpower but have seen some mixed reviews on them. Any suggestions on systems or where else to look for HONEST reviews?

Yes it is possible to spend 2K on a computer. I could build one if I really wanted to, but I would rather just order one this time. I mainly wanted some opinions on Cyberpower computers. I've read mixed reviews about them and was just wondering if anyone had an opinion.
