I believe they are all the reference design at this point. The differences are purely aesthetic. ASUS has the cleanest look IMO (and becuase of that I assume its sold out). XFX has the double lifetime warranty, and a little bit different exhaust fan, which is the reason it costs more.

Otherwise I would go Sapphire, HIS or GB, in that order.

Lol, that is the card that I tried the coupon on. It's nice for people outside of California w/out any sales tax... sadly here, the coupon only really takes off the tax and a bit of the shipping... :-(
